Kassia joined the HSX lab as a graduate student in 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physics from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. She now works on analyzing fluctuation data to identify magnetohydrodynamic activity on HSX. As a joint member with the Wright lab, she is also working to compare the experimental data with MHD simulation data from the M3D-C1 code.
